AGENT AGREEMENT

1. PROVISION OF SERVICES: The Agent agrees to provide NIMC enrollment services in accordance with the standards set by NIMC and Bulangu Network Services. This includes but is not limited to data capture, verification, and processing of NIA applications. 2. CONDUCT: The Agent shall maintain the highest level of professionalism and integrity. Any form of extortion, overcharging, or fraudulent activity is strictly prohibited and will lead to immediate termination and legal action. 3. DATA PRIVACY: The Agent must ensure the confidentiality and security of all applicant data. Sharing or selling applicant information to third parties is a criminal offense. 4. EQUIPMENT USE: The Agent is responsible for the safekeeping of enrollment devices. Any loss or damage due to negligence will be the liability of the Agent. 5. COMPLIANCE: The Agent agrees to comply with all local, state, and federal laws regarding digital identity and data protection.

CODE OF CONDUCT

CODE OF CONDUCT BULANGU NETWORK SERVICES (NIMC FEP) 1. Purpose This Code of Conduct outlines the expected behavior, responsibilities, and ethical standards for all agents, enrollment managers, partners, and staff. --- 2. Professional Behavior All personnel must: - Act with honesty, integrity, and professionalism at all times - Treat all clients and colleagues with respect and dignity - Maintain a clean and professional appearance while on duty - Avoid any form of harassment, discrimination, or misconduct --- 3. Compliance with NIMC Regulations - Strictly follow all guidelines set by the National Identity Management Commission (NIMC) - Do not engage in illegal enrollment or data manipulation - Ensure all enrollments are genuine and properly captured --- 4. Data Protection & Confidentiality - Protect all applicant information and personal data - Do not share, sell, or misuse any NIN data - Ensure devices are secure and used only for official purposes --- 5. Device & License Usage - Use only assigned devices (IMEI registered) for enrollment - Do not tamper with or misuse devices or license keys - Report any device issues immediately --- 6. Performance & Targets - Meet assigned enrollment targets (daily, weekly, monthly) - Maintain at least 70% minimum performance level - Failure to meet targets may result in disciplinary action --- 7. Financial Integrity - Enrollment is FREE — no agent should collect unauthorized fees - Do not engage in fraud, bribery, or illegal financial activities - All commissions must follow approved company structure --- 8. Communication & Reporting - Provide accurate and timely reports - Maintain clear communication with managers and partners - Use official communication channels only --- 9. ATTENTION AGENTS – NIMC PROHIBITIONS All agents must strictly comply with NIMC regulations. The following actions are STRICTLY PROHIBITED and attract serious penalties including suspension, blacklisting, and legal action: ❌ Charging applicants any fee for NIN enrollment, modification, or slip printing (except where officially approved by NIMC) ❌ Enrolling minors or adults without their physical presence (non-appearance enrollment) ❌ Using fake, incomplete, or altered documents for enrollment ❌ Multiple enrollments for one person without NIMC approval ❌ Careless biometric capture (poor fingerprints, wrong photographs, or incorrect data entry) ❌ Using unauthorized devices, software, or networks ❌ Data manipulation, identity swapping, or record falsification ❌ Unprofessional conduct or disrespect to applicants ❌ Using the NIMC platform for personal, commercial, or political purposes --- ⚠️ NOTE: Any agent found guilty will be immediately suspended, reported to NIMC, and may face permanent blacklisting and possible legal action. Compliance is mandatory. No excuse will be accepted. --- 10. Discipline & Penalties Violation of this Code may result in: - Warning - Suspension - Termination of contract - Legal action where applicable --- 11. Rewards & Recognition Outstanding performance will be rewarded: - Best Agent of the Week - Best Agent of the Month - Best Agent of the Year --- 12. Use of Technology - Do not misuse system access or manipulate data - Ensure correct IMEI and license usage in all operations - Unauthorized system access is strictly prohibited --- 13.
